The ideal candidate(s) will be dedicated and responsive team players who can play a variety of roles on the database team. This role can be part- or full-time, although at least twenty hours per week is likely required for efficiency. Tiburon's office is located in downtown Tiburon, CA, with the possibility of remote employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the firm's contacts database in Salesforce (including data entry)
• Research and analyze current and potential future member contacts and companies
• Assist with other database projects as necessary, including preparation for semi-annual Tiburon CEO Summits

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage oneself in a fast-paced working environment and meet multiple deadlines with limited supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Experience in professional services firm (e.g., management consulting firm, private equity firm, law firm) is a plus but not required
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required

Compensation:

• New Database Analysts will start at $25 per hour
• All Database Analysts paid additional amounts for overtime hours
